Welcome to EYECOM NX. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and purchases. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts. When making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information, including your shipping address and billing details.
2. Pricing & Product Information
We make every effort to display product details, availability, and prices as accurately as possible. However, in the event of an typographical or technical error in pricing or specifications, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund.
3. Warranty & Liability
All brand-new hardware products carry manufacturer warranties, subject to their respective terms. EYECOM NX acts as a reseller and is not directly responsible for manufacturer warranty claims, though we will assist you with the process wherever possible. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or installation of any components purchased from us.
4. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Terms & Conditions for Repairs & Services
The following additional terms and conditions apply to all hardware diagnostics, servicing, and repair services provided by EYECOM NX:
- Services will be provided at EYECOM NX premises between 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
- Replaced parts will become the property of EYECOM NX unless explicitly requested to be returned at the time of booking.
- Customers agree to collect their machine from the Service Center only upon producing the physical or digital copy of the Service Challan.
- A mandatory Diagnosis Charge of Rs. 500/- will be applicable regardless of whether the customer chooses to proceed with the recommended repair or not.
- Warranty for chip-level repairs is limited to 7 days only from the date of delivery/repair completion.
- Repair, diagnosis, and inspection charges for on-site services will be charged on a per-call/visit basis.
- Since internal machine contents are not fully checked at the time of receipt, EYECOM NX shall not hold any responsibility for missing, replaced, or tampered components, spares, or devices if found later.
- Customers must collect their machine from the EYECOM NX center within two (2) weeks from the agreed delivery date. Any storage beyond 2 weeks will be at the customer's risk and cost, and any issues arising during this extended storage period will not be covered under the original repair charges.
- EYECOM NX is not liable for any delays in procuring spare parts, especially for devices/machines not officially launched in India. Such machines will be serviced on a best-effort basis only.
- Operating system and software-related problems are outside the scope of standard EYECOM NX hardware services unless explicitly stated.
- While EYECOM NX makes every endeavour to maintain the confidentiality of customer data, we shall not be held responsible for any loss of data. Customers are strongly advised to back up their data before handing over their machine for servicing/repairs.
- In the case of data recovery services, EYECOM NX shall not hold any responsibility for data loss during the recovery process.
- If the system disk requires replacement, EYECOM NX will not load any operating system or software unless explicitly stated, and under no circumstances will EYECOM NX install unlicensed software without customer-provided media/licenses.
- It is the customer's responsibility to verify the physical condition and take inventory of the machine at the time of delivery.
- No claims for misplaced or missing parts will be entertained once the machine is dispatched/handed over from EYECOM NX premises to the customer. Signing the service challan implies full acceptance of these terms.
